Farm Eggs (Dozen)
We believe happy chickens make happy eggs! We spoil our hens (and two roosters)! They have healthy forage, organic fermented feed that is free of flax and soy (naturally lower in PUFA and estrogen mimicking ingredients) and they feast off their chicken salad bar (our reverse paddock shifting gardens full of of different types of greens)…along with bugs and anything else they can find! As you receive eggs from us, notice the differences in yolk color from season to season and chicken to chicken. It indicates a lot of the preferences of the hens and season of what they have to forage on.
Although we try to collect the eggs without any washing, we do occasionally need to get some yuck off. Keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks.
