Respiratory Wellness Steam
A blend of dried herbs used in steamy warm water to slowly inhale and get botanicals to the respiratory system. This can be very effective for sinus, colds, flus, sore throat and coughs.
Comes in a 6 ounce glass jar. Great paired with our Throat Spray!
Ingredients: Thyme (Thymus vulgari), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), yarrow (Achillea millefolium), chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Rose (canina), Lavender (lavendula), mullein leaf, juniper berry, spearmint
Use: Bring filtered water to a boil. Turn off stove, remove from heat source and make sure you won’t get burned. You can pour into a bowl and carry to table with a towel. Be careful :) Add herbal steam or herbs of choice and immediately cover. Place towel over your head, and create a tent over the pot. Deeply inhale or allow steam for at least 5 minutes, adjusting accordingly. Steams can be done multiple times a day and are gentle enough for anyone. We recommended re-using the herbs.
